Gustav Gentaro Dose grew up listening to fairy tales told by his Japanese mother—stories of haunting and delightful figures who lived in the shadows and up on the mountain slopes. Extra dry Japanese Style Rice Lager hopped with New Zealand Hops Kohia Nelson. Light and refreshing with notes of stone fruit.

YABAI TANUKI ColD IPA
THAT SWAYING OLD MAN—NO, HE’S A MONKEY. WAIT, HE’S A RAT RUNNING BETWEEN YOUR LEGS. LOOK BEHIND YOU–IT’S YABAI TANUKI, LAUGHING AND SHAKING HIS BAG AT YOU.
Brewed at colder temperatures to create an extra clean canvas for the hop profile to shine. Big Rice additions are used to help accentuate this clean canvas concept. Impeccable balance and drinkability. Hopped with new New Zealand variety Kohai and Galaxy, expect big aroma and flavor notes of papaya, kiwi, and mixed berry. Pours very pale in color and bone dry in the finish, each sip welcomes the next.

Oni Double IPA
ONI IS THE WORST KIND OF OGRE. HE’S ONLY HAPPY WHEN HE’S SPREADING DISASTER OR TORTURING THE SOULS OF THE DAMNED. BUT DON’T TELL HIM WE SAID THAT.
Oni is a hop experience from start to finish for the the true hop heads. This beer pours a deep opaque orange with a big tropical aroma jumping out of the glass. Expect big flavor notes of lychee, pomelo, pineapple, stone fruit and orange zest. This hop experience ale was brewed with a blend of NZ Rakau, Nelson Sauvin and experimental cryo hops.

DARUMA IPA
HE HAS NO ARMS, HE HAS NO LEGS, HE HAS NO BODY. AND JUST LOOK AT THOSE EYES! WHY DID DARUMA SIT FACING A WALL FOR NINE LONG YEARS? EXACTLY.
West Coast IPA brewed with Hokkaido Rice. Hopped with Strata and Nelson Sauvin. Easy drinking and packed with hop flavor. Expect notes of citrus, passionfruit, pineapple and dankness. Rice addition provides a lean canvas for complex hop character to shine.
